Located in a tranquil area surrounded by lush parklands, the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere. the fresh air, natural surroundings, and bird songs are delightful. Breakfast was good with a freshly grounded coffee machine. the pet-friendly apartments / studios are quiet and close to nature.
The hotel is overpriced for its outdated decor.

The hotel staff was incredible - very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, surrounded by pine trees and clean air. The spa was fantastic, as was the breakfast with freshly ground coffee. I loved that this hotel was pet-friendly and had spacious studio/ apartments to stay in.
Can't fault the property in any way.

It was very quiet there - even during the breakfast
I prefer more fresh fruits for breakfast

The personnel was welcoming, cordial and did a great job overall. Very good price - quality ratio. Great spa. Very quiet area (very relaxing). Excellent location & surroundings (clean air, surrounded by pine trees, the only sound we could hear in the morning were the birds singing). Pet friendly. We recommend staying in the studio/ apartments (is even quieter and closer to nature). Good breackfast (freshly grounded coffee machine), average dinner.
The fixed dinner menus could be better (in terms of possibility of choice and food sortiment).

The staff is very accommodating and the food is excellent and of high quality. The cook is both traditional and creative. The variety and choice is excellent. Rooms are cleaned daily and linen is white and clean.
The pool is open too late and closes too early. Also do not like the fact it is closed in the middle of the day. There should be an "adult swimming only" time many times too many small children were running around the pool or splashing and screaming.

Location wise, it's situated in a serene spot which is perfect for people who want to unwind and connect with nature. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are well-maintained. The staff were very welcoming and helpful as well. the property has a great spa and a pet-friendly policy, making it suitable for families with furry friends.
The dinner menu options could have been better considering the fixed dinner prices were a bit steep. Unfortunately, the overall value for money was not as expected, and the property could use a little bit of a facelift in terms of decor.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel set amidst breathtaking surroundings. The location was perfect - nestled in a quiet area, surrounded by pine trees, and filled with clean air. We woke up to the soothing sound of birds singing each morning. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The spa was a true highlight, offering a great range of treatments and ensuring complete relaxation. We also loved that this place was pet-friendly and had spacious studio apartments that offered even more tranquility and a closer connection to nature. The breakfast was delicious with a freshly ground coffee machine, and the overall price-quality ratio was very good.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

Spent Xmas at this resort and it was such a relaxing experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had what we needed. The spa was the best part - it left us feeling rejuvenated. The location was perfect for us, surrounded by beautiful pine trees which provided clean and fresh air. We loved the fact that it was a pet-friendly resort and we were able to bring our furry friend along for the trip. The breakfast had a great selection and we especially enjoyed the freshly ground coffee.
The lack of variety in the fixed menu at dinner was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the rooms were a bit dated compared to the photos online and not as modern as expected. Lastly, although the resort was located in a quiet area, it was a bit difficult to find and the directions could have been clearer.
